Industries · For manufacturers

Done-for-you digital transformation for small and mid-sized manufacturers. Orders, production, quality, stock, and dispatch in one view, connected to the accounting and ERP software you already run.

Works with the tools you already use

We connect to the software you run today. Where nothing fits, we build the software you need.

The problems we solve

Sound familiar?

  • Nobody can tell a customer where their order is without calling the shop floor
  • Production figures arrive the next morning, typed in from paper job cards
  • Machine downtime goes unrecorded, so nobody knows why output fell short
  • Stock on the system never matches stock on the shelf
  • Quality checks sit on paper, and the same defect keeps coming back
  • The real operating system is a dozen spreadsheets and a few messaging groups

Done-for-you packages

Pick the problem. We build the fix.

Every package starts with a short scoping call, so what we build fits how your business actually runs. Pricing is quoted after scoping.

Package 01

  • Production, rejections, and downtime reasons entered on a phone or tablet at the machine
  • Machine signals connected where the equipment allows it, such as counters and run status
  • Order status pulled from your accounting or ERP software and shop-floor updates
  • Delays flagged before the customer asks
  • A daily summary for the owner and plant head
Package 02

Quality & Traceability

Inspection records captured digitally, so defects can be traced to a batch and patterns become visible.

  • Incoming, in-process, and final inspection forms on a tablet
  • Batch and lot records linked from material receipt to dispatch
  • Test certificates drafted from inspection data, checked by your quality team before they go out
  • Defect trends and repeat issues in one view

Stock records kept honest and your ERP, accounting, and shop-floor tools talking to each other, without replacing what works.

  • Stock movements captured at receipt, issue, and dispatch
  • Reorder alerts drafted for your purchase team to approve
  • Data moved between your ERP, accounting software, and spreadsheets without re-keying
  • Slow-moving and short-supply items listed each week

Frequently asked

We do not have an ERP. Do we need one first?

No. We start from what you already use and connect to it. If an ERP is the right next step, we will say so and help you choose, but most of this works without one.

Can you connect to our machines?

Often yes, but it depends on the machine. Newer equipment can usually share data directly. Older machines can be fitted with simple sensors or counters. Many plants start with entry on a tablet and add machine signals later. The scoping step confirms what is possible.

Will the shop floor actually use it?

That is the real test. We keep entry short, build it around how your operators work, and train your supervisors. We also check the first weeks of data with your team.

Will our data leave the company?

Data handling is agreed before anything is built: what is used, where it is stored, and who can see it. Nothing goes into a tool we have not reviewed.

Do you replace our current software?

No. We connect to your current software and fill the gaps around it. A person on your team approves anything that goes to a customer.

Start with a short scoping call. We will tell you which package fits. If software or AI is not the answer to your problem then we will tell you what is.

A few lines is plenty.
