Do you need to visit us?

No. We work remotely by video call and message, so nobody pays for flights. We agree each step with you before we build it.

What happens when the internet goes down?

We build the daily tools to keep working offline and to sync when the connection returns. Before we build, we agree with you which tasks must work offline.

Do you handle tax-till rules?

We set up your till and records to fit the rules in your country, such as Fiji's VMS or Samoa's TIMS. Compliance stays with you and your adviser, and clean records make that work easier.

Will guests know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. We set the assistant to say it is automated and to hand over to a person whenever a guest asks. Your team approves anything uncertain.
