Questions

The questions owners ask us most, answered plainly, grouped by what we do and the industries we work in.

Strategic Advisory

Can we buy the advisory and execute it ourselves?

Yes, and some clients should. The plan is written to be executable by your own team. We would rather you succeed without us than buy delivery you do not need.

What if the recommendation is to do very little?

Then that is the recommendation. It has happened and it will happen again. It is usually cheaper for you than the alternative, and better for us than a bad engagement.

Is the output a large consulting document?

No. Our reports and proposals are deliberately short. Clarity is the deliverable, not page count.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope, and you get a timeline before you commit to anything. We keep the work as short as the problem allows. A study that takes half a year has usually stopped being useful before it is finished.

Product & Technology

Do you resell software?

No, and we take no vendor commissions. If we recommend a system it is because it won on your requirements.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one, in your environment. Handover is a deliverable, not a negotiation.

Will you tell us not to build something?

Regularly. The boring, proven tool wins when it wins. Sometimes the answer is no software at all, and fixing the process first.

Can you work alongside our existing team or vendor?

Yes, and it is often the better structure. We take the parts they genuinely cannot and help them succeed on the rest.

Do you do AI projects?

We do AI where it beats the alternative on measurable value, and we say so plainly when it does not. If deterministic software is safer, we build deterministic software. This capability builds AI into products and custom software. Adopting AI in how your business runs day to day (receptionists, automations, document workflows) is our AI Implementation service.

AI Implementation

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not what we build for. We remove the repetitive admin so your people spend their time on customers and skilled work. Humans stay accountable for every outcome.

What does done-for-you actually mean?

We scope it, build it, connect it to your tools, train your team, and keep it running. You review and approve. You do not project-manage.

Is our data safe?

Client data never goes into a tool we have not reviewed. We document where data flows, keep access minimal, and prefer setups where your data stays in your own accounts.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. We work with businesses across India, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, on your local working hours, with your local tools and compliance requirements in mind.

Business Services & Operations

Do you replace our existing accountant or CA?

Sometimes. Sometimes we work alongside them. We will tell you honestly which makes sense once we have seen the setup.

Is our financial data secure?

Access controls, confidentiality terms, and defined data handling are part of every engagement. Where AI is used in this work it is used under defined policy, and client financial data is not casually placed into public systems.

Can we start with one area?

Yes. Most clients start with whichever thing is hurting most and expand once it is working.

What size of business is this for?

Businesses large enough that the back office genuinely matters, and complex enough that handling it casually has started to cost something.

Dedicated Teams

Will the quality match our onshore team?

That is the point. You interview and choose every person. If someone is not the right fit, we replace them.

Do the team members work for other clients?

No. Each person works only on your business.

Do we need a company in India?

No. We hold the employment and every obligation that comes with it. You work with the team directly.

Who owns the work?

You do. Every contract assigns intellectual property to you and carries confidentiality terms.

How large a team can we start with?

One person or a full team. Most clients start small and grow once the first roles are working.

More on Dedicated Teams

Offshore Team Members

Are the accountants qualified?

Yes. We place qualified accountants and train them on Australian practice before they start with you. You interview every person.

Will they work our hours?

Yes. They work Australian business hours, or the overlap you need.

What if someone is not the right fit?

We replace them. You choose every person, and you can ask for a change at any time.

Which roles can you fill besides accounting?

Marketing, eCommerce operations, customer service and other back-office roles. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly if we can fill it.

Accounting Practice Support

Does our client data leave our systems?

No. Our accountants work inside your software with logins you give and control. You can see and remove access at any time.

Who signs off the work?

Your practice does. We prepare, your reviewers check, and your partners sign off.

Will they know Australian tax and accounting?

We train every accountant on Australian practice before they start, and they learn your firm's way of working in the first weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most firms start with one person or one type of work, then add more once it works.

Brand & Growth

Are you an agency?

No. We are a strategic advisory and execution company with a brand and growth capability. We fix the strategy layer and build the systems, then work alongside specialists where ongoing execution is needed.

How long does organic growth take?

Meaningful movement usually takes two to three quarters. Anyone promising faster is either buying traffic or overstating what they can do.

Education

We are a school, not a tech company. Is this for us?

Yes. Most of our education work is for schools, coaching institutes, and colleges that run on spreadsheets and chat groups. We build the systems, so your staff do not need technical skills.

We are an edtech company. Do you build our product?

Yes. We build learning platforms, apps, admissions and fee systems, and AI tutor features. Every build starts with a scoping step, so you know what we will make before you commit.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Usually not. We connect to your current systems first. If a replacement is the better step, we will say so and explain why.

Will families know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. We set every assistant to say it is automated and to hand over to a person whenever someone asks. A person approves anything families see.

How do you handle student data?

We agree what data is used, where it is stored, and who can see it before we build. Children's data needs extra care. Compliance stays with your institution and its advisers, and cleaner records make that work easier.

Manufacturing

We do not have an ERP. Do we need one first?

No. We start from what you already use and connect to it. If an ERP is the right next step, we will say so and help you choose, but most of this works without one.

Can you connect to our machines?

Often yes, but it depends on the machine. Newer equipment can usually share data directly. Older machines can be fitted with simple sensors or counters. Many plants start with entry on a tablet and add machine signals later. The scoping step confirms what is possible.

Will the shop floor actually use it?

That is the real test. We keep entry short, build it around how your operators work, and train your supervisors. We also check the first weeks of data with your team.

Will our data leave the company?

Data handling is agreed before anything is built: what is used, where it is stored, and who can see it. Nothing goes into a tool we have not reviewed.

Do you replace our current software?

No. We connect to your current software and fill the gaps around it. A person on your team approves anything that goes to a customer.

Tourism

We are a small family operator. Is this for us?

Yes. We size the work for small operators and start with the one job that costs you the most bookings. We add more only when you want it.

Do we have to leave the booking platforms we use now?

No. They still bring you guests. We help you win more guests directly, and we keep your calendar in step across every source.

Will guests know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. We set the assistant to say it is automated and to hand over to a person whenever a guest asks. A person approves anything uncertain, such as a price or a special request.

Can this work where the internet is slow or goes down?

Yes. We build the daily tools to keep working offline and to sync when the connection returns. We agree with you which tasks must work offline before we build.

Do you handle local tax-till rules?

We set up your till and bookkeeping to match the rules in your country, such as Fiji's VMS or Samoa's TIMS. Compliance stays with you and your adviser, and clean records make that work easier.

Healthcare

Will the system give medical advice or diagnose anyone?

No. We do not build anything that diagnoses or gives clinical advice. Anything clinical goes to your doctors and nurses.

How is patient data handled?

We agree with you in writing what data we can see, where it is stored, and who can open it. We only work with the access you approve.

Do we have to replace our clinic or hospital software?

Usually not. We connect to what you already run and add only what is missing.

Does this make us compliant with health rules?

No. Compliance stays with you and your advisers. Cleaner records and clear logs can make your own checks easier.

Construction

Do we need to change the software we use?

Usually not. We start from your accounts, spreadsheets, and site groups, and connect them. If a new tool is the right step, we will say so in the scoping step.

Will site teams actually use it?

We build around what site teams already do, such as a phone photo or a short message. The scoping step looks at how your sites really work before we build anything.

Does anything go to the client without our approval?

No. We draft claims, notices, and updates. A person on your team checks and sends them.

How do you start?

With a scoping step on two or three live projects. We look at billing, materials, and subcontractor records, then give you a plan and a timeline before you commit.

More on Construction

Logistics

Do we need a new transport management system?

Not always. We start from your accounts, spreadsheets, and tracking portal, and connect them. If a new system is the right step, we will say so in the scoping step.

Will drivers and branch staff use it?

We build around what they already do, such as taking a photo or sending a message. The scoping step looks at how your day really runs before we build anything.

Is anything sent to customers without our approval?

No. We draft invoices, updates, and reminders. A person on your team approves anything a customer sees.

Does this suit warehouses and forwarders, or only fleets?

It suits all of them. The packages differ, so the scoping step picks the one that fits your business.

Professional Services

Will client confidentiality be protected?

Data handling is agreed before anything is built: what is used, where it is stored, and who can see it. Nothing client-related goes into a tool we have not reviewed. Your professional obligations stay with your firm, and we build the process around them.

Does the AI send anything to clients?

No. AI drafts and prepares. A person in your firm reviews and approves every proposal, invoice, and client message before it goes out.

We already own project and billing software. Do we need to replace it?

Usually not. Most firms have the tools already and the gap is the connections between them. We start from what you run and join it up.

How do we begin?

With a scoping call. We map how work, time, and billing move through your firm today, and you get a plan and timeline before you commit to anything.

More on Professional Services

Retail

Do we need to change our till or store system?

Usually not. We connect to what you already run and build the missing links. If a different system is the right next step, we will tell you plainly.

Will the AI talk to our customers?

Only where you decide, and only inside rules you approve. It can answer common order questions and draft messages. It hands over to your team whenever a customer wants a person, and a person approves anything sensitive.

We sell in stores and online. Can one view cover both?

Yes. That is the most common starting point. We pull stores and online channels into one picture so you can compare them fairly.

How do we begin?

With a scoping call. We look at how stock, orders, and payments move today, and you get a plan and timeline before you commit to anything.

More on Retail

Financial Services

Will the system make credit or advice decisions?

No. People make every credit, advice, and client decision. The system collects, checks, drafts, and tracks.

Does this make us compliant with our regulator?

No. Compliance stays with you and your advisers. Cleaner records and clear logs can make your own reviews easier.

How is client data handled?

We agree in writing what data we can see, where it is stored, and who can open it. We work only within the access you approve.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. We connect to what you already run and add only what is missing.

Real Estate

Will buyers know they are talking to an automated system?

Yes. We set it up to be upfront, and anyone who wants a person is handed to your team straight away.

We already have a CRM. Do we need a new one?

Usually not. We connect to the CRM you have and fix how leads flow into it.

How does it start?

Every package begins with a short scoping step. We look at your tools and your process, agree what we will build, and give you a timeline before you commit.

Trades

Will customers know they are talking to an automated system?

We set it up to be upfront about it and to hand over to you whenever a caller wants a person.

Do I need new software?

Usually not. We connect to the job management and accounting tools you already use.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your tools and how many services you offer. The scoping call gives you a timeline before you commit to anything.

Accounting

What about client confidentiality?

Data handling is decided before anything is built: where it flows, who can access it, and which tools are permitted. Nothing goes into an unreviewed tool, and your accountants approve every client-facing output.

Does it file or lodge anything?

No. It drafts and prepares. Your qualified professionals review, decide, and file. Accountability stays with your practice.

Will it work with our practice software?

We start from the systems you already run and connect to them. The scoping step confirms what is possible before you commit.
