New Zealand · For manufacturers

Done-for-you digital transformation for small and mid-sized New Zealand manufacturers. Jobs, production, quality, and stock in one view, connected to the accounting and ERP software you already run.

The problems we solve

Sound familiar?

  • A small team does many jobs, and key knowledge sits with one or two people
  • Orders come in small batches with frequent changes, so job status is hard to track
  • Export customers ask for traceability and certificates, and assembling them takes hours
  • Stock counts never match the system, so ordering is done by feel
  • Machine downtime and rework go unrecorded
  • The owner works in the business, so numbers get looked at late or not at all

Done-for-you packages

Pick the problem. We build the fix.

Every package starts with a short scoping call, so what we build fits how your business actually runs. Pricing is quoted after scoping.

  • Job status pulled from your ERP or accounting software and shop-floor updates

Frequently asked

We run on Xero or MYOB and spreadsheets. Do we need an ERP first?

No. We start from what you already use and connect to it. If an ERP is the right next step, we will say so and help you choose, but much of this works without one.

Can you connect to our machines?

Often yes, but it depends on the machine. Newer equipment can usually share data directly. Older machines can be fitted with simple sensors or counters. Many shops start with entry on a tablet and add machine signals later. The scoping step confirms what is possible.

We are a small team. Is this too much for us?

It does not have to be. We start with one problem, such as job status or stock accuracy, and keep entry short. You add more only when the first part is working.

Will our operators actually use it?

That is the real test. We build it around how your people already work, and we train your supervisors. We also check the first weeks of data with your team.

Will our data leave the company?

Data handling is agreed before anything is built: what is used, where it is stored, and who can see it. Nothing goes into a tool we have not reviewed.

Start with a short scoping call. We will tell you which package fits. If software or AI is not the answer to your problem then we will tell you what is.

A few lines is plenty.
